Pumpkin Spice Pecans


You’ll be nuts about this Keto treat. Featuring toasted pecans and a lovely brown sugar flavor with just a hint of pumpkin spice. At 2 net carbs per serving, these Halloween nuts are to die for!


INGREDIENTS:


2 cups raw whole pecans 1/4 cup water
3/4 brown sugar Swerve 2 T butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a cooking pan, add the water, Swerve, butter, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice.
Stir to combine. Cook over medium heat till bubbling.
Add pecans. Stir to combine.
Allow mixture to boil for up to 10 minutes, occasionally stirring to evenly coat the nuts.
Remove candy from heat. Pour candy mixture over parchment paper in an even layer.
Allow candy to cool for around 45 minutes before breaking up the mixture into smaller sections.
